√  There is a two-page Registration Form which the parent/guardian is required
         to fill our and sign.  The Registratin Fee ($50.00) must accompany the Form
         in order to hold a place in class.

√  Please send all correspondence to 249 East 4th Street, St Paul, MN 55101

√  If students do not attend Open House, they can register by MAIL by sending
         in the Registration Form along with the Registration Fee. This will hold a
         place in class.

All Students, Level 2 and up, must audition for PLACEMENT. The placemnt audition can be during a regularly scheduled class or
during Open House.

___ Questions Answered ___

- Each child must be registered as a CBA student at the time of the Production / Performance in ORDER TO PERFORM.

- PROGRESS into the next level is at the is at the determiination fo the school director upon the completion of each level.

- If a student is LATE FOR CLASS, teacher permission required to enter.

- MISSED CLASSES can be made up at either studio.

- REPERTORY refers to the dances performed either the school of company. It is also a time set aside to rehearse for performances. Repertory does not begin on the first day of classes. Rehearsal times will be posted at each studio.

- SEND all written material to the ST PAUL ADDRESS

- Parents may leave during class time but please be on time to PICK UP YOUR CHILD AFTER CLASS.

- Please inform CBA and teachers of any MEDICAL CONDITION that could affect the child's class (asthma, etc)

- COSTUMES are provided by CBA / BMN.

- If a child takes one class during a session, the entire tuituon for the session is due.

* Repetory is the rehearsal time needed to get dancers ready to perform a dance, Rehersals for the Nutcracker (December) or the Minnesota Dance Festival (May), will be conducted during the last fifteen minutes of class.

GIRLS
    Pre-Ballet: Any color combiantion of
        tight and leotard is allowed in pre-
        ballet. Pink ballet slippers.

   Level 1:  Pink tights, pink ballet
        slippers, pink leotard.

BOYS
    Pre-Ballet: White T-shirt, white         socks, white ballet slippers,
        grey shorts.
